Our Story
A Vision Born from Experience
Right Time Homes was founded in 2020 with a singular conviction: that rental living in the Southeast deserved better. Our founders saw a market saturated with aging apartment complexes and uninspired developments, places where families were forced to compromise on quality, space, and design simply because they weren't ready to buy. We set out to change that equation entirely.

Every Right Time Homes community starts with a question: "Would we want to live here?" If the answer isn't an enthusiastic yes, we go back to the drawing board. This philosophy drives everything from site selection to floor plan design to the finishes inside every home.
